Congratulations to everyone who trained or graded tonight with Sensei John Bruce at our club grading..

It was a great training session with lots of detail for us to work on, especially core principles on generating power. Congratulations to everyone who earned their next belt, and a special mention to Scott on jumping straight to red belt.
